Arabic But With a Twist
Slow-cooked over open embers with Yemeni spice blends passed down through generations — this is Mandi, the way it was always meant to be.
Born in Kerala with roots deep in the Arabian Peninsula, Arabian Majlis has devoted itself to one singular craft — the ancient art of Mandi. Our tandoors burn from dawn, our spice blends are ground fresh, and every grain of saffron basmati is treated with the reverence it deserves.
From charcoal-kissed Al Fahm to the slow-buried Madfoon, each dish is a journey through Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and the Gulf — brought lovingly to your table.
Discover Our MenuOur clay ovens reach 700°C, sealing every cut with char and smoke — the hallmark of authentic Mandi.
Ground fresh each morning — cardamom, loomi, saffron, and 25 more aromatics in precise proportion.
Every protein rests overnight in our house marinade, ensuring depth of flavour in every single bite.
Recipes unchanged since 2018, guided by chefs who trained in the kitchens of Sana'a and Riyadh.
Each dish is a ceremony. Marinated for hours, slow-cooked in our clay tandoor, served as it has been for centuries.
